Crew Management Crewing services are provided to all types of vessels. In order to ensure the supply of the most appropriate and highly qualified personnel, PHOENIX, in consultation with the clients, advises on the most efficient as well as the most economical way to man a vessel. This is always done in accordance with high safety and manning standards and always taking into consideration the efficient operation and maintenance of each vessel as well as its regions of operation. It then proceeds to select and supply such crew to the vessel.

| CREWING The selection of the crew is done through careful screening so that each vessel is manned with highly qualified officers holding valid internationally recognized licenses and well trained and experience ratings, and in the case of passenger vessels, hotel and catering crew. |
| PHOENIX also undertakes the necessary operational arrangements connected with crewing including the regular payment of wages. |
| SUPERVISION AND REPORTING The PHOENIX Ship Superintendents are routinely on board the vessel to meet owners' expectations and are thus in a position to liaise between the officers and crew of the vessel and then report directly to the client. |
SEAMEN'S TRAVEL AND REPATRIATION PHOENIX undertakes to transport their crew members to their destination (including transport to and from each vessel) and it endeavours to do so in the most cost-effective way. PHOENIX also makes arrangements regarding any necessary travel documents including visas.
