These services include: -Vessel Maintenance, -Technical Supervision, -Marine Insurance, Cost Control.     VESSEL MAINTENANCE   PHOENIX ensures that safe operational procedures are in place and repairs are carried out timely and efficiently. It also ensures the keeping up-to-date with Classification Societies and compliance with the constant upgrading of standards in order to safeguard the efficient operation of each vessel.   The high standard of management required for the smooth operation of each vessel is ensured by the application of preventive measures. To this end the Superintendents visit each vessel regularly. TECHNICAL SUPERVISION   PHOENIX through its Technical Superintendents provides wide-ranging technical supervision, ranging from shipyards repairs to new building.   The Technical Superintendents are responsible for regular checks on the running progress of the vessel and for supervising a comprehensive reporting system. They also coordinate a wide range of activities which, by means of frequent status reports, make possible the detection at an early stage, of any changes in performance which may then be immediately corrected. MARINE INSURANCE   PHOENIX through its associates provides its clients with assistance in covering themselves, and their crew at competitive rates, with appropriate and fully adequate insurance, and P&I cover, corresponding also to the requirements of their financiers. In the event of a vessel being involved in an accident or sustaining damage, PHOENIX through its associates will undertake the task of entering into communications, negotiations and the documentation involved in the pursuance and follow-up of the insurance claims.
